Creativity only comes when everything else fallen to the wayside. In only what can be described as a surge of unwanted electricity, I have come up with a new idea, well maybe two. One is Bimii Sai, a detective who specializes in the unusual. Not very original, i know, but the kicker is he has a unusual ability. Bimii is able to create a rather intense on his person. It doesn't radiate, but must make contact to work. I envision a scene such as this:

Bimi rummaged around in his coat. Officer Clark offers him a lighter for the cigar in his mouth."Here." Bimi declines.
"Never been to good with starting them that way." He presses his thumb to the chopped end of the cigar. After a beat, a few sparks flew off and smoke rose from the Stogie. "Ahh, Perfect."

It would go something like that. More to the point, Bimi does his best to stray from the ordinary in every chance he gets. And Bimi is based off me. Loosely based.
